Responsible for entire operations and profitability of the BPO which includes Client Interaction and Service Deliveries to meet the Business Targets. Setting goals for Operations department and managing and directing service quality. Providing Six Sigma Support.

Candidate Profile:

B.E. / MBA with 15 yrs of exp out of which min 5 yrs in a Call Centre Industry. Should have worked extensively with International Clients and handled the Responsibilities of Profit Center. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
